Art Terms of Service
• Please read CAREFULLY!
• Payment is taken upfront in USD via Paypal or Ko-Fi.
• Please provide all information needed.
• I do not do refunds unless I haven't started.
• I am obligated to deny any commissions I may feel uncomfortable doing.
• With any obtained or commissioned art, you may:
â—¦ Post the artwork to Toyhouse with proper credit.
â—¦ Use the artwork as an avatar on external sides with credit.
• Art purchased from me can be used in any way the commissioner entails, including, but not limited to, using as an icon on external sites, etc... however you may not:
â—¦ Resell the artwork as your own (including creating NFT's)
â—¦ Post to an external website outside of Toyhouse.
â—¦ Post to DeviantArt or any external site (ask, I may allow it WITH CREDIT)
• Commission wait time will vary, I will let you know if something comes up and it'll take a while but otherwise please be patient with me.
• I can correct any mistakes after the artwork is finished, however, big changes may require extra payment.
• Expected turnaround can range from a week to a month, depending on how I'm feeling. Please be pateint with me! I will communicate with you if I feel it will take longer than expected!
• I don't do free requests. Ever. Don't even ask. The only exception is raffles.
Design Terms of Use
• Credit for the design MUST be given to me, and may not be removed under any circumstances (even in the event of a redesign, I must always be credited as the original creator).
• Please refrain from major design changes. It has to at least be recognisable. (Designs 2+ years old do not apply)
• The species may not be changed unless it is not specified or stated otherwise.
• You may NOT resell a design for higher than the buying price, however, commissioned art can be added to the value. Art received via gift or trade is not added to the value.
• You may only resell a character for the amount of money YOU spent on it. (Example: you receive a character worth $40 through a trade, you cannot resell for $40 as it was not you who spent $40 on them. Value does not carry over, it is "reset" upon trading. Value is only kept in the event of a full resell)
• Designs cannot be resold if they were received as a gift, regardless of money spent on them.
• If a design was not purchased with real money, you cannot resell them for real money. (Example: if they were bought with DA points, they can only be resold with DA points)
• Please try to refrain from reselling/retrading within 2 months.
• You may make one of my designs into your closed species, HOWEVER, if you do such you cannot resell them and market them as said closed species.
• Please do not use my one-off designs to create closed species.

• Pretty much most feral animals! I'm sort of limited in terms of my drawing ability, but I'll always try my best to draw new species when requested.
NAY (wON'T draw)
• Porn/nsfw/fetish artwork/etc.
• Racism/homophobia/sexism/any sort of hateful topic
• Cats (ask, I tend to struggle with them)
• Mechs/robots
• Humans
• Some closed species (ask)
• Anthros (ask)
• MLP/Sonic/etc.
• Overly complicated designs/complex clothing
• Excessive gore
• Phobia themed designs (ask)
