Art Terms of Service
1. DO NOT USE ANY OF MY WORK TO TRAIN AI OR IN NFTS.
2. Payment is taken upfront in CAD via Paypal, or USD via Ko-Fi, or DeviantArt points on occasion.
3. Please provide all information needed.
4. I do not do refunds unless I haven't started. In most cases, I will not issue a refund unless I need to for whatever reason.
5. I am obligated to deny any commissions I may feel uncomfortable doing.
6. With any obtained or commissioned art, you may:
6.1. Post the artwork to Toyhouse with proper credit.
6.2. Use the artwork as an avatar, banner, pagedoll, etc. on external sites with credit.
7. Art purchased from me can be used in any way the commissioner entails, however you may not:
7.1. Resell the artwork as your own (including creating NFT's.)
7.2. Post to an external website outside of Toyhouse. (If you ask, I may allow it WITH CREDIT)
8. Commission wait time will vary, I will let you know if something comes up and it'll take a while but otherwise please be patient with me.
9. I can correct any mistakes after the artwork is finished, however, big changes may require extra payment.
10. Expected turnaround can range from a week to a few months, depending on my current workload and motivation. Please be pateint with me! I will communicate with you if I feel it will take longer than expected! Just remember, I have a job and a life outside of art.
11. I don't do free requests. Please do not ask. If I ever do requests, I will make a post.
12. If you fail to follow any of my terms, depending on the situation you will be given a warning. If you don't correct it or in other situations, it will be an immediate blacklist, which can be found here.

• Pretty much most feral animals! I'm sort of limited in terms of my drawing ability, but I'll always try my best to draw new species when requested.
• Ask about anthros, I can be a bit wishy washy with them.
NAY (WON'T draw)

• Porn/nsfw/fetish artwork/etc.
• Racism/homophobia/sexism/any sort of hateful topic
• Cats (please ask, I just tend to struggle with them)
• Mechs/robots
• Humans
• Some closed species (ask - as long as they're not complex)
• MLP/Sonic/etc. (mainly just because I don't want to mimic the style)
• Overly complicated designs/complex clothing
• Excessive gore
• Phobia themed designs (ask)
EULA + Design Terms
These are terms listed under my EULA and must be followed, otherwise I remain the right to revoke your access to my designs. You will be provided a copy of the EULA upon purchase. By sending payment you acknowledge you agree to the terms.​
Failing to follow these terms will result in a blacklist and possible revoking of the design.

1. Credit for the design MUST be given to me, and may not be removed under any circumstances; even in the event of a complete redesign; I must always be credited as the original creator.
2. You may not completely redesign/make a lot of major changes to a design without explicit permission. It must remain recognizable. Ask if you are unsure.
3. Do not use my designs in AI content, NFTs, crypto etc.
4. Do not remove the design from Toyhouse. If you plan to sell offsite or leave the site yourself, the design must be returned to me for holding. You or the new owner may continue using the design offsite as long as the Toyhouse profile is in my possession.
5. Do not use my designs in hateful or discriminatory content.
6. The design can be used NON-COMMERCIALLY. For commercial use, you must purchase a separate license which can be discussed with me.
7. The original image of the design will contain a tracking image attached to the "Design Tracker" profile, which cannot be removed under any circumstances. This is to ensure the design's authenticity and that there are no duplicate sales. The image can be set to hidden but it cannot be deleted, as any design not containing the tracking image is not protected under these terms.
8. Do not resell a design for higher than the initial buying price, however, any extra art, personal or otherwise, can be added to the value. If art was commissioned for DA points or any other virtual currency, it can be still be added to the value, just use the direct conversion from the virtual currency to real money.
9. I am not liable for misuse of my designs.
10. You may use my designs anyway you please, provided the use remains within my terms.

The latter half is not legally binding. But I ask that you follow these terms, otherwise I may not sell to you in the future.

11. DO NOT GIVE MY DESIGNS TO ANY USER FEATURED ON MY BLACKLIST. This will immediately add you to the blacklist.
12. If I sell a design to you and request that it goes back to me if you no longer want it, please respect that. I will pay for it back if needed, just give me the chance before anyone else.
13. Please try to refrain from reselling/retrading within 2 months, especially without extra art.
14. You may make one of my designs into your own closed species, as long as the design is similar enough to not warrant any major changes. If you plan to resell them, my terms will ALWAYS apply first, regardless of what terms your closed species has. Please do not obtain my designs simply to make them into a closed species and sell them.
15. Please do not use my one-off designs to create closed species. You may create species for a story, lore, etc., but closed species are not allowed.
